Licensed firms are invited to submit electronic sealed bids for “Purchase of Two (2) Utility Transport/Task Vehicles (UTV) IFB# 2019-20-137. It is anticipated that any goods and/or services under the resulting contract from this solicitation may be funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and is contingent upon funding availability; therefore, all rules and regulations related to the funding source apply., including but not limited to 2 C.F.R. § 200.317 – 326 and Appendix II to Part 200—Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards with the exception of Part (D) Davis Bacon Act.
