Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Prepare base maps by in conformance with Title 435 of the Board of Registration for Professional Land Surveyors, (attached herein) more specifically Section 1.9.4 Construction Surveys, such that Construction Contract Drawings, Easements, and Record Drawings can be prepared from them. The base maps shall cover a 200-footwide corridor centered along the alignment of the existing pipeline route and all ancillary improvements, as identified in Figure 1. Incorporate all existing studies, utility data, record drawings, easement and land takings for the pipeline sections that are affected by this Project. 2. Collect and verify pertinent data on all underground and overhead utilities. Field verify survey details not readily visible during survey including manhole inverts, depth of bury of adjacent utilities that must be crossed and other subsurface structures. Meet with municipalities and private utility owners to obtain information on their facilities along the Project route and to notify them in writing of the Work proposed for this Project. 3. Submit the electronic files of the draft base map drawings of the entire alignment. The base map drawings shall show all the information obtained in the items above. 4. Assist in a field spot check to confirm the accuracy of the drawings. The drawings shall be revised and resubmitted subsequent to the field spot-check.
