Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services will include production database administration, functional and technical support including break-fix support as well as routine patches, backups, printer issues, and other support-related services normally expected of an on-staff or on-call Oracle DBA with maintenance and/or troubleshooting of existing systems. The firm will provide the following technical and expert support on Oracle E-Business Suite including but not limited to the following modules: accounts payable, cash management, fixed assets, general ledger and purchasing. RIAC is currently on Oracle version 12.2.3, however, the managed support services will apply to this version and any version RIAC upgrades to during the term of the agreement. Support of Oracle EBS Application and Databases Cloning of Non-PROD environments Applying Oracle recommended patches Certificates signing Oracle Service Requests (SRs) support by performing Action Plans and updating SRs as needed DNS Server Updates activity Integration with third party system (ABM) Register new printers and troubleshoot printer related issues Monitor archive log space Oracle Server Migrations Address any application related issues Training users on new functionality and build training documents Guide users when they are stuck in transaction processing Address accounting related issues and help users in completing processes Assist users in case of any issues related WEBADI setups and uploads for journal entries and budgets Configuring banking setup or modification Check template updates Other support related services as needed
