Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Provide review of existing conditions, operations and energy usage within the Block Island School;2.Review the building envelope as it relates to energy usage and efficiency to the extent required to coordinate HVAC system;3.Review current operational challenges and resources within the School and Town to understand local capabilities for operation, monitoring and maintenance:4.Prepare a summary of existing conditions identifying areas of inefficiency or system weakness;5.Summarize overall strategy for system renovation/replacement and review strategies with School personnel and Facilities Manager;6.Provide cost estimation, payback review and overall life cycle cost estimates for options under consideration;
