Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Providing program evaluation services for the federal Title III Grant. 2. Creating a comprehensive evaluation using the most rigorous design suitable for the project providing a plan detailing roles and responsibilities, deliverables, desired outcomes and assessment/evaluation plans. The final plan is to be approved by Steering Committee and Vice President of Academic Affairs. 3. Providing accurate and objective quantitative and/or qualitative interim and end of the year report reflective of the program's continuous improvement efforts. This report should include: executive summary, evaluation methodology, summary of program; with an emphasis on outcomes, observations, conclusions and recommendations for improvement. Areas of discussion should include: program administration, program design, the extent to which these activities were implemented within the expected timeline, any key challenges associated with implementation, the accomplishments associated with these a ctivities (preliminary quantitative and qualitative outcomes), and any lessons learned or promising practices/challenge resolutions emerging in the program. 4. Supporting the Promoting Pathways to Progress initiative by hosting site visits, conducting surveys, overseeing the data management system, complete document reviews, and prepare monthly progress reports. Establish and oversee process ensuring confidentiality during all phases. 5. Reviewing and assessing existing data collection systems and making appropriate recommendations to achieve program data collection goals.
