Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Oversee day-to-day office operations, which include but are not limited to records and document management, maintenance of computer systems, inventory control, scheduling, purchasing, budget management, presentation development, and production of memoranda and meeting minutes. 2. Develop and process requests for purchases, track invoices, manage payments, maintain inventories, and place orders for supplies and services. 3. Maintain computerized database systems to track compliance with environmental requirements and collect, analyze, and report data. 4. Develop informative, educational, and outreach materials regarding the environmental program and present these materials to various groups within the supported community in a classroom format.
