Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project scope will involve construction management at risk services including, but not limited to, pre-construction services; cost estimating; value-engineering, scheduling, bid package issuance and bid scoping services; construction administration through project close out and warranty period; LEED coordination with documentation and commissioning; and coordination of multiple critical project milestones to maintain budget and schedule. The project goal is a complete modernization of the Regan building compliant with today’s hospital standards and codes. The project consists of two (2) main parts: 1. Programming, design, and construction documentation of the space identified by the Owner to be utilized as staff swing space. This is approximately 30,000 net sf. 2. Programming, design, and construction documentation for renovations to the Regan building (approx. 130,000 gross sf)
