Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The software must comply with FAA Part 139 requirements for self-inspection and corrective actions for associated discrepancies. 2. Issue, track, edit and cancel maintenance work orders. 3. Manage work orders for airside and landside. 4. The airfield inspection and reporting software must be a hosted ‘software as a service’ (SaaS) offering, available via subscription. 5. The system must guarantee secure, anytime, anywhere access to data. 6. System support shall be provided by the awardee to include 24/7/365 web based support input with integrated email capability to ensure quick response by the awardee and 24/7/365 toll-free number and live support to include auto-email to awardee support team to ensure after hours connectivity. 7. Manage and document fuel farm inspections. 8. Organize data for FAA inspections.
