Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed stormwater drainage improvements consist of installation of one catch basin, approximately 20 linear feet of 8-inch double-wall high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, and one (6-ftdiameter by 4.5-feet high) precast concrete drywell surrounded by washed stone and filter fabric, backfilling with gravel borrow and restoration of disturbed asphalt base course and landscaped areas. In the Spring of 2020, Bayberry Road is slated for reclamation by J.H. Lynch under the Town of Westerly’s Town-wide Road Resurfacing program. The proposed drainage improvements for Bayberry Road will be completed following the reclamation, grading and installation of asphalt base course. The proposed stormwater drainage improvements consist of installation of three catch basins, one manhole, two curtains drains consisting of approximately 145 linear feet of 6-inch perforated HDPE pipe surrounded by washed stone and filter fabric, approximately 108 linear feet of 8-inch dual-wall HDPE pipe, approximately 198 linear feet of 12-inch diameter dual-wall HDPE pipe, providing a connection to and rebuilding the catch basin located on the eastern side of Sterling Drive, and restoration of disturbed asphalt pavement and landscaped areas. Canterbury Drive and Sterling Drive are slated for reclamation and asphalt resurfacing in late summer of 2020. The proposed stormwater drainage improvements will be conducted prior to road resurfacing. The proposed stormwater drainage improvements consist of installation of approximately 249 linear feet of 6-inch diameter perforated HDPE pipe surrounded in washed stone and filter fabric, installation of approximately 25 linear feet of 6-inch diameter ductile iron pipe under the driveway of 12 Sunny Drive, providing a connection to and rebuilding the catch basin located adjacent to 14 Sunny Drive, and restoration of disturbed asphalt pavement and landscaped areas. Sunny Drive is slated for reclamation and asphalt resurfacing in late summer of 2020. The proposed stormwater drainage improvements will be conducted prior to road resurfacing.
