Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supply and install 24’x24’ track system and tile ceilings in five (5) separate rooms within the Johnston Police Department. Track system to be white in color, tiles to be Armstrong 584B or equal. Due to the lack of available space and to limit disruptions within the operation of the department, only two rooms will be completed at a time. Approximate room sizes are as follows: Traffic Commanders Office 10’x10’ Operations Commander Office 10’x10’ Patrol Captain Office 8’x10’ Operations & Training Office 11’x16’ Foyer Entry 5’x5’ Requirements General Requirements: Provide all supervision, management, debris removal, and insurance as required. Labor and materials: Provide and include all materials and labor as Primary Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor services in order to completely finish the project.
