Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is requesting firms to submit their qualifications for services to prepare airspace and obstruction analyses for all runway ends at T.F. Green Airport (PVD, Warwick), Quonset Airport (OQU, North Kingstown), North Central Airport (SFZ, North Smithfield/Lincoln), Newport Airport (UUU, Middletown), Westerly Airport (WST, Westerly), and Block Island Airport (BID, New Shoreham). The study is expected to commence in the March of 2019. The scope of work will include all services required to conduct the aerial surveying, airspace, and obstruction analysis and identify existing and potential near-term obstructions for all applicable FAA approach and departure surfaces at each of the system airports during leaf-off and leaf-on conditions. The analysis will be completed on both the existing and highest runway designations. For example, if one end of the runway is designated as a precision runway and the other end non-precision, provide an analysis for the existing designation and an analysis using the Runways with Vertical Guidance criteria for both ends.
