Specifications include, but are not limited to:3.1 The proposed Healthcare Licensing product shall be commercially available (beta versions will not be considered) and designed to support healthcare licensing, controlled substance registration, and incident reporting requirements. 3.2 The proposed Healthcare Licensing must be web browser based and capable of supporting more than one browser client (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.). 3.3 The proposed Healthcare Licensing product shall not have per seat/per user license fees. 3.4 The proposed Healthcare Licensing product must offer a high availability solution with a track record of 99.99% uptime or better. 3.5 The proposed Healthcare Licensing product must provide complete control to sensitive data via secure password protected methodology. The vendor should indicate if its solution can use the State’s Active Directory to provide single-sign-on. It is expected that Multifactor Authentication will be required.
