Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Without notification from the State, the Contractor will plow all snowfall of two inches or more, or at the end of each snow fall. 2.2 Snow may need to be moved around the site, pushed up with a loader, or removed from the site. When snow needs to be hauled from the site, the contractor will need to dispose of the snow properly. Fill out bid response sheet for equipment you would be using to perform these services. 2.3 Snow removal services for the site(s) will be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The parking lots need to be cleared by shift change or by 6am. 2.4 Contractor shall take care not to damage buildings, guardrails, curbs and automobiles. Contractor will make repairs to material damaged during performance of these services. Determination of the need for and extent of repair is the sole discretion of the State of Vermont Contract Coordinator. 2.5 Contractor shall be responsible for incidental and emergency calls for removing snow that may interfere with State operations in the Complex.
