Specifications include, but are not limited to: Host DEC Day – Provide venue, refreshments and access to any available amenities for 2018 DEC Day. a. DATE/TIME: Event will be held either on Friday, September 14, 2018 or Friday, October 5, 2018. Event duration will be 8:00AM‐4:00PM. b. VENUE: Event location must accommodate 175‐225 attendees. i. Availability of audio visual (A/V) equipment and wi‐fi access preferred, but not required. If not available, DEC will need to be able to bring its own A/V equipment. ii. Room set‐up either with round‐tables or theater‐style acceptable. If theater‐style, additional space with tables for lunch must be available on‐ site. Podium/space for a presenter also needed. Selected vendor will set‐ up and break down event space. c. FOOD: DEC seeks to provide the following to attendees: Coffee, pastries and fruit in the morning and a brown bag lunch (sandwiches, etc.). i. Selected vendor will make available gluten free and vegetarian options. ii. Attendees with other dietary restrictions must be allowed to bring their own food. d. AMENITIES: Provide access to attendees to trails, water sports, lawn games, etc., as available on site.
