Provide hands-on Science Technology Engineering Art and Mathematics (STEAM) enrichment for multi-grade groups of up to 20 students in private schools participating in Title I and parent/family engagement activities as part of the equitable services program, for approximately 30 private schools in Pinellas County. * The number of schools annually is based on the designated Title I public schools at PCS annually. 1.2. Deliverables Program Outline Provide a menu of on-site, hands-on STEAM enrichment for participating private schools to select from. Each enrichment session will be one hour in length, offered before or after school and will be held weekly for 6 or more weeks. Provide the curriculum, all necessary materials, and consistent staffing throughout the school year. Staff will be experienced in working with students and will meet all credential requirements set by Pinellas County Schools (PCS). Family Engagement Provide a wide range of workshops and resources to support increasing the capacity of families as partners in education. Provide the supplies and curriculum for the activity. Administrative Responsibilities Coordinate scheduling and implementation of activities in collaboration with PCS and private school leaders. Monthly invoices include weekly attendance and a breakdown of services by the school. The vendor will also adhere to all PCS contractor requirements and provide necessary documentation. Participate in regular meetings with PCS staff to review administrative updates. Maintain procedures to monitor program implementation.
