The experienced provider will provide on-site academic tutoring (reading and math), academic counseling, professional learning, and parent/family engagement activities as part of the equitable services program, for approximately 1,500 students across 38 private schools in Pinellas County. NOTE: The number of schools annually is based on the designated Title I public schools at PCS annually. 1.2. Deliverables Academic Interventions Provide assessments three times per year to identify student needs and track performance. Provide disaggregate and aggregate pre/post assessment and progress monitoring data to track student progress. Support students in establishing and monitoring their goals and developing individual academic plans. Provide engaging evidence-based instructional and progress monitoring materials. Deliver on site, small group instruction in reading and math to eligible students. Establish tutoring schedules based on testing data and school master schedules to comply with regulations regarding the implementation of the program ensuring services are supplemental. Maintain documented, effective two-way communication with school personnel, families and Pinellas County Schools (PCS) regarding student needs, progress, and scheduling. Maintain list of students in the program. Family Engagement Provide a wide range of workshops and resources to support increasing the capacity of families as partners in education. Host, at a minimum, a Title I meeting at the beginning of the year to explain the program and connect with families, and an end of year student led conference to review student progress. Documented participation in parent engagement activities. Professional Learning Provide both in-person and virtual workshops for teachers of Title I students. Offer a variety of workshop topics at each school to meet staff development needs. Academic Counseling Offer group academic counseling services to help students learn strategies and provide support to improve their academic success. Communicate regularly with both school staff and families to ensure the alignment of student supports. Administrative Responsibilities Submit all required documentation to PCS in a timely manner. Documentation includes but is not limited to consent forms, compacts, and billing documentation.
