Ordering system must be web-based and accessible to the State at all times. Ordering and inventory system must be capable of electronic order approval process and must have an email-based notification function. The ordering system must contain a field where the State can enter their 7-digit Purchase Order number. Contractor shall provide training, on-site or virtual, as requested by the State, on how to use the system at no additional cost. Preferred ordering system capabilities and functionality includes, but is not limited to: 30.1.1. Web-based, Inventory control capabilities 30.1.2. ability to interface with different point of sales systems 30.1.3. ability to use on multiple devices to include but not limited to tablets, iPhones 30.1.4. ability to include reference numbers 30.1.5. ability to provide a variety of reports including dashboard reporting 30.1.6. ability to edit, cancel orders, print orders, order tracking functionality, ability to split orders, and online help features
