The following specifications are intended to define the general level of quality and performance of the requested material and are meant to be met or exceeded. These specifications are not meant to be restrictive as to brand name or manufacturer. Brand Name or Equivalents are permitted. If bidding an equivalent, bidder shall provide necessary literature for evaluation purposes and notate by special designation, all met or exceeded specifications where applicable.
