Phase 1 Wall Repairs and Roof Placement: Includesreplacement of thru wall flashing at all roof to wall intersections and wall assembly replacement at the entryway above first story roofline. Thru wall flashing scope requires removal and replacement of four (4) courses of brick, temporary stabilization of brick veneer above, and tie-in to existing damp proofing and EPDM roof. Wall assembly replacement involves removal of brick veneer permanent removal of windows, repair of substrate and insulation due to water damage, installation of a new ACM wall system with associated flashings, and tie-in to existing EPDM roof. Phase 2 Roof Replacement: Remove existing EPDM membrane, replace wet insulation, repair damaged roof deck. Install new fully adhered TPO roofing, insulation, crickets, edge metal, scuppers, and associated flashing to meet manufacturer’s 30-year warranty. Provide unit pricing for wood blocking, drain bowl replacement, and deck repair or replacement.
