The Successful Bidder shall provide all labor, supervision, material, equipment, etc., as required, to successfully provide grease traps and interceptors cleaning services. A. Technical Specifications 1. The Successful Bidder shall work with HCPS Facilities authorized representatives or their designee to coordinate cleaning services for each facility. Successful Bidder shall not perform services at any HCPS school without prior approval or confirmation of dates and time. HCPS Facilities authorized representatives or their designee must accompany the Successful Bidder’s service technician to the area where the grease traps and interceptors are located and witness all cleaning services. 2. The Successful Bidder shall clean the grease traps and interceptors on the frequency shown on Attachment J. In an emergency, these grease traps and interceptors may be cleaned more frequently than time shown on Attachment J. The Successful Bidder shall inform HCPS Facilities authorized representatives in writing if frequency of services need to be adjusted to ensure proper grease traps and interceptors’ operation. 3. The Successful Bidder shall use positive cleaning methods to perform the following cleaning procedures of all grease traps and interceptors to include, but not limited to: a) Opening and closing the grease traps and interceptors ; b) Pump all floating grease, liquids, sludge, and other floating materials from the top of the grease traps and interceptors (The grease traps and interceptors may need to be agitated slightly to loosen the grass layers); c) Insert the vacuum tube all the way to the bottom the grease traps and interceptors to remove all settled solids and water;
