KIPP DC is seeking qualified vendors to provide airline transportation from any DC area airport (IAD, DCA, or BWI) to Orlando, Florida (MCO) for a group of 80 students and 10 chaperones. The group is departing May 26, 2026 and returning May 29, 2026. Proposals must include the cost of direct round trip flights departing no earlier than 10:00am and arriving no later than 6:00pm. Pricing must also include the cost of 2 checked bags per passenger. KIPP DC College Preparatory is open to receiving proposals from travel agencies that include the cost of airline travel, airport shuttles, hotel accommodations, and park tickets that satisfy the following requirements: Trip Details (subject to change) Dates: May 26th, 2026 to May 29th, 2026 Destination: Universal Studios and Walt Disney World Resort ● Ideally the group will spend 1 day at Universal and 1 day at Disney (May 27th-28th) Number of Attendees: 80 students and 10 staff
