The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to obtain a fixed price bid to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, transportation and supervision to remove existing farm fence and install new farm fence. Specifications: i) Removal of approximately 601 feet of farm fencing, including 4 strand tensile wire, wooden fence posts, corner braces, insulators, tension springs, T-Clips, keeper staples. ii) Safely remove the 12 foot metal tube farm gate and gate hardware for re-installation at new gate location. iii) Install approximately 599 feet of farm fence with the following materials and specifications: (1) Fence Posts – pressure treated pine, flat top round, 3 ¾” X 6 ½” X 8’ tall, spaced at approximately 12 feet intervals and placed three feet deep in the ground. (2) Gravel must be placed at the bottom of each before posts are inserted and back filled with soil and compacted. (3) Corner Braces at every corner and on each side of the new gate location. (4) Wire – 4 strand, 12.5 gauge high tensile wire. (5) New Insulators, Tension Springs, T clips, Keeper staples. (6) Re-install 12 foot tube metal gate (re-used) with hardware (re-used), ensuring proper latching and locking. (7) Tie new fencing into the existing electric fence and check for continuity. (8) Clean work area of all debris, to include magnet wand to ensure no nails, screws or other items remain. The entire work area must be left ready for use.
