The successful proposer shall provide the following services: 3.1 System Integration- Integrate with Oracle HCM. Support scheduled and on-demand file transmissions. Handle multiple file formats (e.g., EDI, XML, CSV, proprietary formats). Maintain audit logs of all data transmissions. 3.2 Data Management- Accept inbound files from benefit vendors and deliver outbound files to benefit vendors as required. Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with vendor specifications. Provide error handling and notification processes. 3.3 Security and Compliance- Maintain HIPAA compliance and other data privacy requirements. Ensure encryption of data in transit and at rest.
