The State of Michigan primarily uses Ultra-Low Sulfur #2 Diesel, Conventional Gasoline Blending Components (CBOB) Ethanol 10% Unleaded, and recreational gas. The type and grade of fuel that could potentially be required at each location are shown on the Bid Sheet and are detailed below. The proposed contract will be subject to such modifications or adjustments as may be necessary or desirable by reason of any action regulation set forth by the Federal, State, or Local Government relating to the use, production or sale of petroleum products during the contract period. Bidder must acknowledge the types of fuel available and add any additional types of fuel offered.
