Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work consist of Demolition of 16 modular buildings, foundations, concrete and AC pavement, curbs, concrete walks, planters, plants and chain link fencing. Removal and disposal of hazardous material. Removal of underground utilities including but not limited to electrical, domestic water, irrigation, sanitary sewer, and firewater. Site grading, landscaping and related work. License: Contractors' State License Classification required to bid Project is B and HAZ. This project involves significant lead, asbestos, and PCB remediation, for which the prime contractor or subcontractors shall possess the necessary certifications and licenses. The contractor is required to identify as part of their bid, which company is in possession of an active Haz certification.
