The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, parts, materials and equipment required to perform Repair Work, as directed by the DEP Project Manager and as described in these Specifications and D-2.15(C). Repair Work shall be performed on including, but not limited to, the following pieces of equipment: crane motors, brakes, controls, associated software, switches, conductors, collectors, cables, hooks, bumpers, gearing, hydraulic fittings and hydraulic hoses. i) The Contractor shall provide DEP with a point of contact and a 24-hour, 7 day-per-week telephone number to initiate repair service requests. ii) Response Time: The Contractor shall be onsite within twenty-four (24) hours after the initial Work Order request or at the beginning of the next business day, whichever is sooner.
