The primary focus of this Project is to provide to DHS bi-directional traceability from loading dock to final disposition of tissue via software system, utilizing automated clinical documentation through inventory management, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) integration, and analytics. In addition to bidirectional traceability, the System must identify any and all inventory gaps associated with tissue through alerts, queries, reports and automated processes. The System must also provide Facility as well as Enterprise level view through customizable dashboards that can provide DHS informative information, including but not limited to inventory availability, recalls and expirations, meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements including detailed implant tracer reports, and automates unique device identification (UDI) capture.
