New City lettering/logo painted on exterior of tank. 3. Interior Wet Rehabilitation a. Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. 4. Interior Dry Rehabilitation a. Partial removal and replacement of protective coating system. 5. Other work shown on the plans or specified herein together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications.
