A. Equipment, Materials, and Supplies 1. The awarded Vendor shall provide DOAH with boxes for IT equipment packed by the awarded Vendor and for DOAH staff to pack files and other miscellaneous items. 2. The awarded Vendor shall furnish all moving trucks, furniture dollies, pads, straps, and all other equipment such as drills, screwdrivers, hammers, etc., materials (moving blankets/plastic wrapping, and supplies necessary for the relocation of the office at no additional cost to DOAH. The awarded Vendor shall furnish all equipment and supplies necessary to reasonably ensure that the items being relocated are protected against damage at no additional cost to DOAH. 3. The equipment supplied by the awarded Vendor shall at all times remain the property of the awarded vendor. 4. All equipment, materials, and supplies of the awarded Vendor shall be secured at the end of each work day. DOAH will not be held responsible for any damage, vandalism, loss, or theft of the awarded vendor’s equipment, materials, or supplies. 5. If DOAH does provide any equipment, materials or supplies during this project it will remain the property of DOAH.
