The Districts desire to engage one or more land surveyor firms to provide comprehensive surveying services with the primary goal of providing accurate and reliable data to inform planning, design, and construction activities on a continuing basis pursuant to task orders which may be issued from time to time. The intent of this solicitation is to acquire a broad range of professional services based on the definition of “Continuing Contract.” Under these continuing services contract the Firm will provide a range of Land Survey Services including those information points highlighted under each discipline but not limited to those services. The work performed may include performing boundary surveys to establish property lines, conducting topographic surveys to capture elevation and land features, identifying and documenting existing utilities and infrastructure, and analyzing collected survey data and creating accurate maps and documents to name a few. The Firm will be issued Task/Work Orders with a description of the work to be performed as well as a listing of the deliverables the Firm will provide the District. Based on this Task/Work Order, as well as scoping meetings and negotiations, the Firm will provide a price proposal to the District. The initial term of this Agreement shall be the Effective Date through September 30, 2035 with the option to renew for two (2), five (5) year periods. Agreement shall automatically renew on October 1, 2035, unless otherwise terminated by either party in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Options for renewal will only be exercised upon mutual written agreement. Fee Schedule (Exhibit “A”) will remain fixed and firm on a fiscal year basis to be adjusted annually according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Professional shall meet with Purchasing and District Administration sixty (60) days prior to the end of each fiscal year, to negotiate the current awarded Fee Schedule to become effective for the following October 1st.
