1. Complete a detailed survey of the installation site. 2. Complete all design services necessary to obtain required permits. 3. Design generator pad. 4. Site preparation for generator pad. 5. Excavate, form, reinforce, and place generator pad. 6. Install SCH 40 PVC conduit for power and communication lines. 7. Set and complete electrical installation of provided Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) 8. Complete Motor Control Panel (MCC) modifications as necessary 9. Set provided Caterpillar Model C27, 800kW generator set and accessory Equipment. a. Coordinate setting and testing of the generator provided by Pantropic Power Incorporated of Miami, Florida b. The Contractor will be responsible for permanently mounting the enclosure to the genset rigging, and anchoring of the generator set package. 10. Complete electrical installation of generator and ATS 11. Dispose of all construction debris 12. Provide CCU with copies of all documentation related to the generator installation, including but not limited to: a. Permits b. Design plans. c. As-builts d. Final elevation of bottom of generator 13. Start-up/load bank testing support consisting of electrical support to confirm correct installation of all electrical components and wiring for generator and ATS. 14. Remove and properly dispose of existing generator, ATS, fuel tank, and associated piping. 15. Install temporary wood wall to replace existing generator louvers. 16. Complete site restoration 17. All work to be completed within 90 calendar days of Notice to Proceed
