The Seminole County Public Works Department is seeking the support of a Consultant for a wide range of engineering, technical, management, and administrative services related to projects and programs funded by the County's Infrastructure Sales Tax Program. The Consultant may utilize sub-consultants. The Consultant shall function as an extension of the Seminole County Public Works Department by providing qualified technical and professional personnel to perform the duties and responsibilities assigne under this Contract for General Engineering Consultant (GEC) Services. The Seminole County Public Works Department shall request Consultant services on an as needed basis. There is no guarantee that any or all the services described in the following Scope of Services will be assigned during the term of this Agreement. Further, the Consultants are providing these services on a nonexclusive basis. The Seminole County Public Works Department, at its option, may elect to have any of the services set forth herein performed by Consultants through other Agreements or by Seminole County Public Works Department Staff.
