The purpose of this document is to describe the scope of work required to install a new drain tank, install sleeves on the HRSG drains, and perform inspection and repair of the HRSG small bore piping for Treasure Coast Energy Center. These tasks are essential for maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of the TCEC HRSG, ensuring safety and efficiency of processes. The efforts to support this project will entail executing the following tasks: 1. Remove the existing blowdown drain tank and install a new drain tank supplied by FMPA. 2. Make repairs to drain tank piping as needed. 3. Sleeve the drains of the last two HRSG segments with new stainless-steel pipe. 4. Inspect small bore piping on the HRSG top for corrosion and make repairs as needed. 5. Deliverables including lifting plans, weld and heat treatment procedures, and post job as-builts.
