Decatur Correctional Center intends to contract with a registered vendor to deliver and install one (1) new high rack type commercial dish machine installed in the Decatur Correctional Center Dietary area. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: 1.2.1 Vendor shall provide and install one (1) Hobart model CL44eN-ADV or equal new rack conveyor dish machine meeting but not limited to the following minimum specifications. 1.2.1.1. Direction of operation: Right to Left 1.2.1.2. Voltage: 480/60/3 VAC, Single Point Electrical Connection to power source panel located in the Dietary area. 1.2.1.3. Stainless steel rack conveyor dishwashing machine with electric tank heater, drain water energy recovery system, automatic soil remover, insulated cabinet style double doors, dirty water indicator, automatic computer/digital control with de-lime system, pot & pan cycle, minimum end load opening of 19.6 inches X 22 inches to accommodate (6) standard sheet pans at one time on a sheet pan rack. 1.2.1.4. Stainless steel wash arms, stainless steel pump and impeller, vent fan control system. 1.2.1.5. 30KW booster for Cold Water applications. 1.2.1.6. All factory installed correctional packages. 1.2.1.7. Water shock absorber kit. 1.2.1.8. ENERGY STAR Certified.
