i. Contractor shall have the capability of hauling between 15 - 65 tons per week from a single facility or 1-ton combined from two facilities ii. Hauler must be able to haul 45 cubic yards or 25 tons in a single haul iii. FKAA does not guarantee any specific tonnage per month iv. Hauler shall only pick up or drop off trailers between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Waste solids hauling shall be scheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice v. Hauler shall furnish replacement trailers, liners, etc., as specified above, when picking up full trailers for solids disposal transport, so as not to hinder facility operations vi. it shall be the hauler's responsibility to ensure they have the proper equipment needed to pick up from, and deliver to, each facility vii. Hauler shall position trailers in the designated loading areas viii. Hauler is responsible for any damage to the facility caused by hauler’s employees or subcontractors ix. hauling of solids shall be invoiced monthly and shall be paid on a PER TON basis
