The scope of work for the hybrid online and hands-on FSFC Approved Training Curriculum as referenced in the NFPA 1072 Standard for Hazardous Materials/Weapons of Mass Destruction Emergency Response Personnel Professional Qualifications, 2017, Chapter 7, Technician and the NFPA 472 Standard for Competence of Responders to Hazardous Materials/Weapons of Mass Destruction Incidents consists of the following: 1. PROVIDER PROVISIONS a. Provide hybrid online and hands-on curriculum. b. Completion of LEPC-SERC Hazmat Competency Task Books. c. Books and PPE included in pricing. d. Student’s Certifications/Course Evaluations. e. All equipment, tools, props, and other materials needed for the class. f. Travel expenses. 2. CHARLOTTE COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES a. Air packs and Bottles for evolutions for students. b. SCBA bottle filling station, or a means to fill bottles as needed during all course dates. c. Each student will have their department provided full bunker gear. 3 RFQ No. 20250149 d. Classroom large enough for all students. e. Visual and audio classroom support with HDMI connections for laptops. f. Printer, if needed. g. Department “Point of Contact” for other logistical matters. h. Daily hydration/rehab station with ice and water for all students. i. Water hose outlets. j. Secured area for parking equipment for the duration of the training.
