B. Perform removals to clear the site for construction including, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing, removal of existing improvements, private right of way encroachments, signs, pavement, concrete, striping, and storm sewer infrastructure. C. Adjust, reset, or relocate conflicting infrastructure to include manholes, meter pits, signage, fencing, walls, and landscaping improvements. D. Place orange barrier fencing in sensitive areas to properly delineate allowable work areas. E. Install new and replace select existing storm drain infrastructure through the project area to include piping, inlets, and manholes. F. Construct new concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, thickened-edge sidewalk, curb ramps, driveways, ribbon curbs, trench drains, and valley/gutter pans.
