Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Furnish (1) indoor walk in cooler and walk in freezer to be overall dimensions 25” x 16” 4 ½ “ x 8’ 6” 2. Walk in cooler and freezer to comply with the US Energy Independence and Security Act 3. Interior wall finish to be 190 series embossed with galvalume. Exterior finish to be 190 series embossed white galvalume except on the door wall. Should be 22 gauge stainless steel stucco on the exterior door wall. Interior ceiling finish to be 190 series embossed white galvalume. Ceiling to be single span. Exterior ceiling finish to be embossed galvalume. 4” thick food panel have a 3 ⁄ 8 '' inside coved radious built in around the perimeter of skins and are NSF certified. Floor to be designed to support loads up to 1,0000 pounds per square food and shall include ¾ “ plywood reinforcement. Floor finish to be .100 smooth aluminum. Floor to be covered in vinyl flooring. Flooring will have an 8” rubber cove base that will be capped off with stainless steel. Rubber non-skid flooring is the same as Clay Chalkville High. Site visit at pre-bid. See link for specifics. Prefer a gray or slate gray color.-Protect-All Flooring and rapid weld. 4. Provide 48” high minimum ⅛” textured aluminum tread plate wainscot on exposed exterior wall panels. 5. Panels shall be equipped with Bally Speed-Loc diaphragmatic joining devices or pre approved equal joining devices. The distance between locks shall not exceed 46”. Each device shall consist of a cam action, hooked locking arm placed in one panel, and a steel rod positioned in the adjoining panel, so that when the arm is rotated, the hood engages the rod and draws the panels tightly together with cam action. Arms and rods shall be housed in individual steel pockets. Pockets on one side of the panel shall be connected to pockets on the other side in width, by use of 2” wide metal straps set into and completely surrounded by insulation. When panels are joined these straps shall form lock to lock connection for superior strength. Locking device shall be accessible from the inside to facilitate installations in confined areas and shall be provided with flush press-fit caps. Surface mounted plastic plugs will not be accepted.
