Specifications include, but are not limited to: • FAA Certified • Console resembling real aircraft preferred. • Install system on-site ASAP but no later than by June 1, 2024 • Spare Parts Kit: Including but not limited to extra screws, buttons, and knobs that are commonly replaced during usage. Customer Service/ Training • Train 2-3 personnel on-site on the operation of the flight simulator system and software at install • Customer Service Representative(s) shall be available by either phone or email from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, Mountain Standard Time (MST) • Calls must be returned within 24 hours • Online training videos available • Vendor must provide 3 reference that you have worked with in the last 3 years. Maintenance/ Technical Support • Upload warranty and maintenance documents. • Annual maintenance/service agreement after the original warranty expires. o Please also list costs for: ▪ Onsite repairs (on site repairs must be completed in 3 days or less) ▪ Phone support ▪ Additional tutorials/ videos if available
