Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. Vendor shall provide the following: 3.1.1. Six (6) regular size portable toilets to be located at the firing range for ASPCTucson to be serviced on a monthly basis. 3.2. Service shall consist of effluent removal, adding new chemical, and furnishing of base cleaner. 3.3. Vendor will be contacted following award to establish schedule and delivery of the rentals. 3.4. Vendor shall notate date serviced and signature on log board fastened to the inside of each toilet. 3.5. All effluent waste must be removed and disposed of off-site and shall not be dumped on prison property. 3.6. Vendor shall maintain all necessary permits and licensing associated with the services of the herein specified portable toilet service. 3.7. The number of toilets to be serviced may increase or decrease during the duration of this contract. Changes will be accomplished by formal Contract Amendment. 3.8. A one time delivery fee shall be permitted. 3.9. In the event of an emergency, Vendor shall provide additional portable toilet(s) upon 24 hours of notification.
