Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Estimated Heating/Cooling Area: 180ft. x 80ft. o It is recommended to complete a site visit to conduct field measurements. • Provide and install two (2) 25-ton Package units for Athletic Building. o Preferred HVAC Brand: Trane Commercial o Contractor to make electrical connection. • Provide and install internally insulated hard duct on the exterior of the building and perform wall penetration, including flashing, to allow for supply air ductwork to enter the building. • Provide and install hanging duct sock system for supply air, running the length of the indoor practice area, including the duct connections to the hard duct openings in the wall. The Contractor shall determine the proper duct sock configuration in order to provide adequate ventilation to the entire area. o Non-Porous Fabric with linear vents, orifices, grommets or other venting options for air dispersion. o Duct sock color to be chosen by school from the manufacturer’s standard colors. • Provide and install return air duct openings including duct work. • Perform equipment startup. • Perform operational check to ensure proper operation of the equipment and that proper cooling/heating conditions are present. • Clean up work area and remove all debris and materials from the jobsite. SCS to provide the following: • Concrete pad for HVAC units. • Electrical service
