Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Work for this project includes: mass grading and installation of identified storm sewer. The plan proposed grades indicate finished grade, it is incumbent on the contractor to remove the appropriate pavement section thicknesses as indicated in the plans and details. The scope of work under this phase of the project stops at the top of aggregate base. Proposed drainage structures shall be set such that they facilitate drainage at the subgrade elevations. All appropriate grade adjustment rings, frames and grates shall be supplied for installation under future phases. All surfaces not slated for gravel base and future pavement shall be stabilized with temporary seed and mulch or matting as necessary.
