Specifications include, but are not limited to: CONTRACTOR shall perform the following permanent flow monitoring services: Flow monitoring services shall include site operation and maintenance, and data collection for each flow monitoring location listed on Attachment A. The OWNER already has in service 22 permanent flow monitors that are a combination of ADS Triton and ADS Triton+ with cellular modems along with 14 repurposed flow monitors that are also a combination of ADS Triton and ADS Triton+ with cellular modems as shown in Attachment A, and 11 rain gauges that are HOBO Rain Gauge Data Logger RG3 with a Point Orange unit for cellular communications. Previous installation reports and schematic diagrams for all flow monitors and rain gauges can be provided to PROPOSER if desired. There is 1 additional flow monitor near the water plant and 1 planned additional flow monitor near the Unicoi Springhouse in Unicoi County, TN that are going to be connected to SCADA requiring monthly calibration not included in the flow monitors total that are listed separately in Attachment F. The currently in service plant flow monitor specified in the RFP is an ADS Triton+ flow monitor with one XIO 2 x 4-20 I/O SCADA interface system. CONTRACTOR is responsible for maintaining data transfer services for all the rain gauge stations and flow monitoring locations. The cost of mobile telemetry communications service shall be included in the Data Collection / Maintenance cost. This should be indicated in writing within the proposal. CONTRACTOR shall provide mobile telemetry communications for permanent flow monitoring through ADS for the ADS flow monitors as well as access to the rain gauge data available through Point Orange. The current mobile telemetry communications for the active flow monitor sites is ADS PRISM, and this platform will need to be regularly updated with ADS when required. OWNER shall have access to CONTRACTOR’s mobile telemetry communications to collect data and monitor equipment performance to help assure system uptime
