Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is to be completed in two phases. Phase one of the project will consist of an estimated 54,000 square foot, 600- 675 student K-5, or K-8, School located on approximately 25 acres. The location is anticipated to be in the Rocking K Subdivision off of South Rocking K Ranch Loop, Tucson, Arizona, 85747. This location is contingent upon approval from the Arizona School Facilities Board (SFB). Construction of the project will include space for students and off-site improvements adjacent to the school site. Design phase of the new facility will include meeting(s) with the design committee as designated by the District. Perform all functions to manage the complete construction of the new school.
