Specifications include, but are not limited to: In addition to the General Requirements, the Scope of Services shall include, but not be limited to the following Contractorresponsibilities: The following requirements are furnished as a minimum guideline only4.1Contractor is responsible for removal and proper disposal in accordance to EPA/OSHA regulations all waste oil and otherhazardous waste materials that are a result of inspection, maintenance or repair service work performed by the Contractoror his/her employees.4.2Contractor shall be solely responsible for the system annual maintenance and selective infrequent services to includeequipment testing, system evaluation, shut-down/startup services and certification reporting for the respective equipment.4.3Equipment to be Serviced: Trane, Carrier, York and McQuay4.4Chiller Design Type: Centrifugal, Heli-Rotors, R-Series, Reciprocating and Rotary4.5Inspection and preventive maintenance services shall be performed by qualified technicians in accordance withrecommendations of each component manufacturer's printed maintenance literature or Dallas County standards, whichever is greater. These recommendations, for the scope of service and the frequency of same, shall be adopted to form thebasis of interpretation for whether or not work under this contract is being satisfactorily performed4.6Annual inspection/preventive maintenance for the chillers is the primary requirements of this contract; however, chillersand other equipment in these and/or other locations that require infrequent or one-time services or requirements will beperformed on an as needed basis, as determined by Dallas County.4.7Scheduling: Within twenty (20) days of receipt of purchase order, the Contractor must meet with Dallas County ProjectCoordinator or his/her designee and finalize an inspection maintenance schedule. This schedule will for the basis forfollow up action throughout the contract period. Dallas County project that all inspection/preventive maintenanceservices will start in October and end by April of each calendar year
