Specifications include, but are not limited to: Primary Goals The purpose of this project is to replace the existing HVAC system in the ―Parkland Lease Space‖ on the B level of the Bass Mall complex. The existing HVAC system consists of a vent fan and associated ductwork and boxes as well as 2 direct exchange AHU‘s. The new system consists of running a cold deck supply duct from the existing AHU 3, down the hallway to the Parkland Lease Space area. This new ductwork will connect with (14) new VAV boxes and (8) existing FPB‘s supplying conditioned air to classrooms and office areas. Approximate routing of the new ductwork is shown on drawings provided. Dependability and Consistency Assigned Service Team - Service team shall consist of a professional Project Coordinator, and certified technicians with a minimum of three years experience installing ductwork systems. Scheduling - Scheduling program to ensure that all work included in this agreement are performed within specified schedule. Installation Procedures Installation procedures shall ensure consistent quality through: Pre-job and materials planning Documented work procedures Efficient and economical delivery of components An emphasis on Safety & Environments
