Specifications include, but are not limited to: The demolition and renovation scope will be approximately 16,200 GSF of the existing space in the St. Paul Oncology Cancer Center Vaults (SPUH) for the Oncology department. The space will require new electrical work from MSB to the space, all HVAC ductwork from the air handler to the space, new gyp. walls, gyp/lay-in ceilings, MEP systems, fire sprinkler, coordination of shielding installation, under floor plumbing, plumbing fixtures, medical gas, flooring, millwork, painting, testing and commissioning, coordination of equipment requirements with vendors, coordination of shielding requirements with UTSWMC physicist, licenses for use of E-builder software, new accessories, fire alarm, controls, as shown on the drawings.
