Cabarrus County is currently planning constructing a storage facility located at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. The Cabarrus Arena & Events Center is located at 4551 Old Airport Road, Concord, NC 28025. The storage facility will be approximately 10,000 to 15,000 square feet and provide storage for portable basketball court, flooring systems, stage panels, chairs, tables, grounds maintenance equipment, and other operations equipment. The storage facility design will encompass structural, utilities, HVAC, storage shelving/rack system, concrete, electrical, security, fire safety, roll up doors, lighting, and possible hoist system
