Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tech will be responsible for planned maintenance , repairs, 24/7 emergency calls and new installations. Must be able toperform complex customer support activities for equipment and system products. Technician must be dedicated to the City of Rock Hill and report to the Property maintenance Director Monday - Fridayat 7 a.m.Repair and install all mechanical system equipment, DDC, pneumatic and electric control systems.Troubleshoot and verify correct operation of all equipment and field devices with minimum down time.Perform scheduled planned preventative maintenance on customer's equipment and devices.Knowledge to assist and make recommendations to the City of Rock Hill on equipment replacement and/or upgrades
