The work shall include but is not limited to the following: · Various seismic upgrades · Additional means of egress · Restroom remodels and ADA compliance · Fire rating of main corridors and area separations · HVAC upgrades and modification · Electrical improvements including a building-wide lighting upgrade · Fire alarm upgrade · New windows · Replace carpet and flooring · Painting, cabinetry and new room finishes · New ceiling treatments and painting · Minor roofing repairs · Asphalt parking lot repair, expansion, and lighting · Minor modification to wall locations and division of larger classrooms · Kitchen modernization
